Need help with GMB Review Reply? Email support@gmbreviewreply.com. We usually reply within one working day (TODO-LEGAL: confirm your reply time). Please include the “Ref” code if an error message shows one. Never send us your password.

Getting started

  1. Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store and click its icon in the toolbar.
  2. Read the short data notice and click I agree, continue.
  3. Create a free account (10 free drafts, no card) and verify your email.
  4. Add your business name and reply style in the Business tab, then click Save.
  5. Open your reviews, click Reply on a review, then click Generate AI reply in the green bar under the reply box. Read the draft, edit it if you like, and click the site’s own Reply button yourself.

Common questions

I don’t see the green bar. Make sure you are on the business (owner) page of a supported site and have clicked Reply so the reply box is open. Reload the page after installing or updating the extension. On any other site, select the review, right-click and choose “Draft a reply with GMB Review Reply”, or press Ctrl+Shift+Y (Cmd+Shift+Y on Mac).

It says to read the data notice first. Click the GMB Review Reply icon in the Chrome toolbar and click “I agree, continue”.

Insert didn’t work on another site. Some sites put the reply box inside a frame. Click Copy in the panel and paste the draft into the box.

Was I charged for a failed draft? No. A draft only counts when it is created successfully.

How do I cancel or change my plan? On your account page, or in the extension under Plan. See cancellation and refunds.

Your data

The extension sends a review only when you click Generate, and we never store the review text. Read the privacy policy for details, including our Chrome Web Store Limited Use statement.

Delete your account: sign in on your account page and choose Delete account. Stop all data collection: remove the extension from chrome://extensions.
