Cancellation & refund policy

Cancelling

Cancel anytime from your account page or from the extension (click the extension icon, open Plan, then Cancel subscription). Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and will not renew. Cancelling does not restore the free trial.

Changing plans

Upgrades apply immediately: Dodo Payments charges only the difference for the remaining time in your current month (or year, on a yearly plan), and your extra drafts and profiles are added as soon as that payment succeeds. Drafts you have already used this month are kept in your count. Downgrades apply from your next renewal date; until then you keep your current plan.

Monthly to yearly: applies immediately. You get credit for the unused part of your current month, pay the yearly price minus that credit, and your year starts that day. Yearly to monthly applies at the end of your paid year.

Yearly plans

A yearly plan costs ten times the monthly price and covers twelve months. Your plan’s drafts are given every month (for example, 100 drafts each month on Starter); unused drafts don’t roll over to the next month. You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid year and does not renew.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from your account page. Any subscription is cancelled immediately and remaining drafts end with the account; the current month is not refunded.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Dodo Payments may retry it and will email you a link to update your payment method. No new drafts are added for a new billing period until its payment succeeds. Your free-trial drafts (if any remain) still work.

Refunds

Yearly plans: if you are not happy, email us within 7 days of the yearly payment and we will refund it in full, provided you have used fewer than 10 drafts on the yearly plan. After that, yearly fees are non-refundable, and cancelling stops the next renewal. TODO-LEGAL: confirm the yearly refund rule with your CA or lawyer

Because drafts are delivered instantly, monthly fees are generally non-refundable once the period has started. If you were charged in error (for example a duplicate charge) or the service was unavailable for most of your billing period, email support@gmbreviewreply.com within 7 days and we will review it. Refunds are issued by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, to the original payment method; timing depends on your bank or card issuer. TODO-LEGAL: confirm refund window and timelines
